There are times, we all go through dark night of the soul. I know I did after over a decade of my marriage failed and my profession I invested during those years went with that broken vessel.

For years I sought for help with different mental health professionals, clergies, and friends as I found myself sunk into the abyss of depression.

Most of them turned out to be just temporary relief. By 2021, I was desperate to find help as my depression and apathy became much more severe. I turned to Twitter Social Media platform, now called X platform to keep me entertained and to express my inner voice.

That’s when I discovered Harry Petsanis, Mindset Coach, Fitness Guru, and published author who had been nominated for Academy Award for the Self-Help book category, The Truth is A Lie. Having read many of his Posts on Twitter/X account, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and bought and read his books, I was convinced he would be the man who can get me out of the Dark Night of the Soul.

I signed up with Petsanis’s Mindset and Fitness Program almost a year ago to date. Despite the fact I only paid for a 3 day per week Coaching, he discovered how my current mental health condition originated from the time I was a young teenager due to certain abuse and abandonment issue, he extended the coaching sessions and made himself available for me via phone calls, 24/7.

His approach is personal and highly effective. He helped me become aware of my authentic self and define who I am. Integrity with yourself, self-responsibility, and the importance of making choices and taking actions are a part of his essential coaching. Today, I have regained enthusiasm for life and discovered my meaningful purposes in life. I can confidently say, Harry Petsanis is not just an Ordinary Coach but a Life Savior!
